A delusion is a belief held in the face of evidence to the contrary. Consequently, those who are delusional tend to be resistant to all reason.
The world has often accused Christians of being stuck in a delusion. Actually, I think many Christians are stuck in a delusion...only not in the sense the world thinks we are.
