- 7 Wonders of God's Word

Do you trust God in every area of your life? Do you trust God enough to go to His word rather than leaning on your own understanding? When you pray do you do so in faith? Faith is fundamental to prayer. Don’t bother praying for something that you don’t believe God would do if it was His will.
Faith is more than knowledge and experience, faith is a gift of God. It’s not something that you talk yourself into. Faith is something that happens in direct reaction to spending time with God. The same thing happens with the friends you spend the most time with, they are the ones you normally have the most trust in. I may have a friend that other people can’t stand but I know they would die for me, I trust them because I have spent time with them I know them. I’ve been through tough situations with them before and I know they will stick by me.
A person that has honestly spent quality time with God on a daily basis will have ample faith. Faith is not just trying harder. God gives more faith the more we spend time with Him. Romans 10:17 says, “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
The more we know about God the more we will trust God. How can we increase our faith? Decide today to spend time with God every day. There are many ways to do that. Spending time in praise and worship, making lists of things to be thankful for, living in community with other Christians, going on a prayer walk, doing a Bible study with someone else, telling someone about Jesus, asking someone if they need help and serving them with no strings attached. Spending time with God happens in many ways, but if you aren’t doing it your faith will suffer. Don’t neglect your relationship with your Heavenly Father. Faith is something that happens in direct reaction to spending time with God. Decide to spend time with Him every day!
