This week we talked about how anxiety is a warning light that something is wrong. When that anxiety is flash red on our dashboard it’s time to Pause (investigate where, what, and why), It’s time to Pray (prayer can change our brain, think on the right things), and It’s time to Praise (God wants to help you whether that’s immediately or through hard work.) You are not alone, Praise God! The battle is not mine, it’s His! God, our eyes are on you! Take some time to do this right now. Pause and read these verses below and answer these questions. Pray over what God shows you in His word. Praise Him for how He is going to work in your life!
