CBC MEN: Daniel Plan LifeGroup
The Daniel Plan is an innovative approach to achieving a better, healthier life based on the essentials of faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends. The Daniel Plan is designed to be done in a supportive community while relying on God’s instruction for living. The LifeGroup meets on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in the Monroe Building. Mark your calendar for World Market 2018 on Saturday, November 17 from 10AM-4PM. The World Market features fair trade items such as jewelry, home goods, bags, coffee, vanilla, chocolate, spices, Christmas decorations, and more! Proceeds benefit our partner organizations to provide sustainable incomes for people living in poverty around the world. Your purchases will help provide things like food, rent, education, and a sense of pride and self-worth to people all over the world!

All ladies are invited to A Crafty Christmas hosted by the CBC Women’s Ministry on Sunday, December 16, at 6PM. There will be worship, special guest speaker Olivia Goodwin, food, and a Christmas craft. Ladies planning to attend the event need to bring a photo to use in an ornament craft. Mark your calendar for our annual Super Bowl Tailgating Party Outreach Event on Sunday, February 3, at 6:30PM! This is a great outreach event to our neighbors in downtown Clarksburg. Volunteers are needed to serve at the event. We are also collecting warm gloves, hats, coats, socks, and towels that will be provided to anyone in need at the event.

We are excited for the CBC Kids' Love Serves Dinner on Saturday, February 9, at 6PM. This dinner is hosted and will be served by the incredible children in our church as a way for them to raise funds to help support special programs for other local children at the Clarksburg Mission. On Saturday, February 16 at 6PM CBC Student Life is hosting Collide, a youth event to bring middle and high school students together from all over West Virginia for a night of community, worship, and fun. The event will take place here at Clarksburg Baptist Church and is open to all middle and high school students. This is a great opportunity to invite friends, family, and neighbors!
