Senior Pastor

Pastor Phil’s aspiration is to connect people with Jesus Christ, aligning them with their true purpose to live in relationship with God. He enjoys hiking with his family, as well as playing basketball, snowboarding, and fantasy football. Phil dreams of one day seeing his beloved Philadelphia 76ers win the NBA championship.

Allen Hill

Director of StudentLife Ministry

Allen’s desire as Director of StudentLife Ministry is to partner with families to raise up Christ-centered students. In his spare time, you may see Allen taking a ride on his motorcycle or playing a match on the tennis court. One day, Allen dreams of finishing all his projects around the house.

Director of Worship & Communications

As Director of Worship & Communications, Andy is passionate about creatively communicating the hope of Jesus to our community. Out of the office, Andy enjoys writing music, the real estate section of the New York Times, and a good latte. Andy dreams of one day opening a coffee shop.

Josh Weddle

Assistant Director of StudentLife Ministry

Josh has a heart for encouraging and investing in young people with a gospel-centered approach that always points to Jesus. In his off-time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, sports, reading, and exercising. Josh loves to learn, and one day hopes to write a book.
